Business Verification

Here you will find how you can become Business Verified and the steps it takes to complete the verification process. This will put your customers at ease knowing you have taken time to let them know you are who you say you are.

Step 1: Once we have received your order, the verification can begin. First, a phone call will be placed to the provided phone number(s) within 24 hours to verify your telephone number and your order.

During this time, you should also expect to receive an email from us sent to the email address provided in your order details. You will need to reply to this email with the code that is enclosed in the email. (The reply email must be sent from the email address provided in your order details).

Step 2: After verifying your telephone number(s), a packet will be mailed to the address listed in your order details. Within this packet is a code that helps us verify your physical address(es). You can verify that you have received the packet in one of three ways:

Place a phone call to us with the code that is enclosed inside of the packet.
Postal mail us a letter with the code that you received in the packet.
Fax a copy of the packet with the code on it to (866) 747-5901

Along with this step, we can verify your website address and additional information that applies with this verification process.

Verifying your business information may take up to 3 business days.

An email can then be sent to you once the verification process has been completed stating your approval and how to implement our Business Verified seal.

To be able to qualify for a Business Verified seal, you will need to provide the following at sign up:

Website URL
Business Name or Official DBA name (if Sole Proprietor)
Business Address
Business Phone Number
Business Email Address

Representative or Owners Address (Must be different Than the Business address) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate
Representative or Owners Phone Number (Must be different Than the Business Phone Number) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate
Representative or Owners Email Address (Must be different Than the Business Email Address) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate

If your business operates as a Sole proprietorship please inform us of this during the ordering process "in the comments area" as we have options available for this regarding dual addresses and telephone numbers.
