The following guidelines will help your customers gain trust in your company's customer service. First: A member of our staff will submit a support ticket or email within 24 hours. Common customer issues will be asked inside of the email or ticket. An email response is required from this to be able to verify your business support email. Not receiving a response email from your company can delay the verification process. Second: A telephone call will be placed to the phone number(s) that you provide. More than one telephone call may be expected to be able to speak to multiple support personnel. This helps verify that your company’s customers receive an adequate level of service and help with their questions or concerns. Finally: Your live support team will then be contacted with general support questions if you offer live support on your website. Our staff may try to contact your live support more than once as well. The verification process may take up to 48 hours.
