Q: If my website has not yet been publicly launched, Can I still get approved?

A: No. We can not review sites that are not viewable by the general public. However it only takes a short amount of time to become verified. Also if you plan to release your site shortly you can inform us of this and we can start the verification process but will be unable to review your website for the areas that are needed per your chosen seal.

Q: Is it possible to fail the verification process?

A: If Website Guardian finds any discrepancies, we will contact you immediately and explain to you the problem(s) that cause the failure. During that time we can go through the problem(s) and also help you to correct them.

Once you have corrected all the issues we will re-certify your website with no additional charge. If you are unable to correct the issues, we can cancel or refund your order so that you will not be charged.

Q: Why do I need to get a verified seal?

A: Many consumers will not buy from a company that does not display any trust seals on their website. Not only will our trust seals help you gain customer trust, but also improve your website credibility.

Q: How long does it take before my seal application is Approved?

A: This depends on which seal(s) you order. Some seal verifications can be completed within 24 - 48 hours, others can take up to 72 hours. This is because for some seals, we have to verify information through postal/UPS mail. It also depends on how quickly you are able to respond with any requested information.

Q: How do I apply your seals to my website?

A: After successfully verifying your website, we will inform you via email which will also let you know how to put our seal onto your website. To implement our seals, its as simple as copy and paste. Our seals have been tested and work with all major designing platforms (ie. php, html, asp). If you have trouble adding a seal to your website one of our experts will be glad to assist you with this.

Q: When do I pay for my order?

A: Payments are due at the time you order or re-order any of our services.

Q: Do you offer Website Services in countries other than the U.S.?

A: Yes, We offer our services in many other countries around the world. If you are unsure about the country you are in, you may contact us to find out if we offer services in your country.
