Web Ready Verification

During the ordering process and verification process you can expect the following. These guidelines have been implemented to insure the highest level of trust that we can provide for your business.

First Step: After receiving your order we immediately start the verification process. You should expect a phone call within 24 hours verifying your order and telephone number.

At this point you should also expect to receive an email from us sent to the email address provided in your order details. You will need to reply to this email with the code that is sent in the email.(The reply email must be sent from the email address provided in your order details)

Step 2: Immediately following telephone verification we will dispatch a packet to the address listed in your order details. You can verify you have received the packet (Verifying your address(es) in one of three ways.

Placing a phone call to us with the code that is enclosed inside of the packet.
By mailing us a letter with the code that you received in the packet.
Fax a copy of the packet with the code on it to (866) 747-5901

During this step we will also be verifying your website and other information pertaining to your website according to the verification process.

Step 3: In this final step, after we have completed the verification process you will receive an email from us verifying that your account has been approved and how to implement our seals.

The entire process can be completed within 72 hours depending on how quickly you respond.

SSL Certificate (This is required where private information is entered. (IE. Order Forms))

Representative or Owners Address (Must be different Than the Business address) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate
Representative or Owners Phone Number (Must be different Than the Business Phone Number) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate
Representative or Owners Email Address (Must be different Than the Business Email Address) - For Verification Purposes Only will not disclosed on certificate
